Using headphones with Bravia KDL-32BX310

My Bravia KDL-32BX310 doesn't have a headphone jack but I was told that I could use a 3.5mm female jack to 2 RCA plugs audio stereo adaptor to fix the problem. I can't get it to work. I'm trying to use my headphones when playing my Playstation 3 which is plugged into the tv with an HDMI cord in the HDMI 1 port. I just want to know how I can make this work.

Re: Using headphones with Bravia KDL-32BX310

PwnArtist,

I apologize but the information provided to you is incorrect. You cannot use a Y Cable (3.5 mm jack on one end and the other end are the left and right RCA audio cables) on this TV. The only audio out available on this TV is the Digital Audio Out (Optical). The audio port on the PC IN of the TV can be used if you will connect a computer to the TV and the PC does not have any speakers connected.
