Accept the fact that you have lost your hard earned money after buying a sony product. It will cost INR 13000 + service charge for fixing just 1 TV that too without warranty-as per the sony technician visited me. My TV is in the garage now.

Sony sells substandard products in India. And they are almost out of the Market due the fact that they procure cheap quality parts and assemble them in India.

Re: Air bubbles in LCD Screen _ sony bravia ex330

After 5 years of using Sony Bravia LCD tv BX300, now I can see bubbles on the screen and these bubbles are being spread all over the tv. I have contacted Sony customer care, Sony technician visited and told entire screen need to be replace which will cost 17k. He also suggested to go for new TV. I have explored information and came to know that it's polarisation screen issue which can be fixed. But Sony servicing are not interested to do that they are trying to get maximum out of customers. I contacted local technician not from Sony, he told it can be fixed within 3k. I don't know why Sony is not able to repair which is done by other technicians. I am not interred do go with local ppl. Service from Sony is worst. Big No to Sony products. If top management won't take care these issues, this company will disappear soon.

As there are lot of issues like this, you have to address these or provide other options for customers.

Service Request ID 43885888

Erin Moron, do read the user comments to know what exactly the users are facing rather than pasting a template here. Your offices or representatives does not fix this issue without paying the cost of another LED TV. Hope you or atleast your manager can read this and understand.
