Re: Connecting Bluetooth Headphones

Already have Beats studio headset.  At this point I would buy a new TV before buying another item with the SONY brand.  What an overshight.  Will never believe it wasn't intentional just so the home team could sell another device.

Re: Connecting Bluetooth Headphones

Have not received part from Amazon Lovesquare whoever that is..  Received call from sell on Sunday that part was no longer available and would I want upgrade for no additional cost (which is listed for $30 on their website - I paid $80 for the original).  We settled for a 1/3 refund (chicken s___ outfit in my opinion).

Re: Connecting Bluetooth Headphones

4 June 2016: Finally received a replacement device from seller, an Avantree Priva II Multipoint Bluetooth Transmitter to connect to Sony HD TV.  No problems connecting and paring with Beats Studio Wireless Headphones.  Supposedly only a 32ms delay, but its noticable if you look close enough, but since I only watch sporting events and only listen to the commentators I'm satisfied.  No question that ms delay could be improved but I'm going wait before dropping any more coins on a better device.  Sony could have saved us all a lot of trouble and expense.

Re: Connecting Bluetooth Headphones

Agreed Alvis - Sony could have done better. I’ll report back about my solution - still chipping away at it.

Re: Connecting Bluetooth Headphones

Hi Sony India!

I spent Rs. 66,900 on Sony Android 43W800C model thinking that it will have some great features but now very disappointed for not having Bluetooth headphone support.

I bought Rs. 7000 of bluetooth headphone and now TV not connecting with it. I cannot get refund for it.

I think sony has removed  a2dp support to sell their transmitter head phones.

Some other features also missing like no support for Skypee app, Google chrome Etc. I'm thinking to go into consumer court for refund.

Even Samsung Joy model has Bluetooth headphone support then why not in Sony Android.

Why named Android TV if such basic features is not available in it?

Pls update firmware and enable a2dp support or I will go to consumer court and will never buy Sony Products in future.

Very disappointed.
