Welcome to the Sony Community.

 

The issue may occur if there is an incorrect connection between the television and the source device. Change the input of the TV and check if the same issue occur with different devices (like a cable box, DVD player, gaming console, etc.). If the same issue occur with other devices too, you may try power resetting the TV. Refer to the following link for the steps to power reset the TV.

You may also try resetting the TV to the factory default setting, if power resetting it does not help. This operation will clear all of your customized settings, including "Parental Lock" setting.

 

To reset the TV, turn it ON and press the RESET button on the supplied remote. While still holding down the RESET button, press the POWER button on the front panel of the TV unit. The TV will turn itself OFF and then, back ON again. Release the RESET button once the TV turns ON.

 

If the same issue is visible on different inputs even after power resetting and resetting the TV, service may be required. You can initiate service request using the link provided below.
