SONY Bravia TV

My TV is only 1 1/2 yeass old and it has developed a dark blue vertical line on the left side. Any suggestions or anyone having the same problem?

have you emails sony at sonylistens@am.sony.com ? if not thats a good place to start.. include your modle number, serial number, and contact info. The might offer you some help.

Hi Maria,

 

What is the model# of the TV?

Does the issue occur with different devices that are connected to the TV like cable box, DVD Player etc?

 

Also, perform a power reset by disconnect and reconnecting power cord of the TV from wall outlet and devices that are connected to the TV for about a minute.
