One fine morning a vertical line and a horizontal line shows up on TV. No physical damage or power issues caused it. Bought the TV 15 months ago - called customer support only to find out that all they can do is give me a number to call outside Sony support saying the product is out of warranty. Feel like I've been robbed of $4000 dollars!
I've been a loyal Sony consumer for over 20 years. Since I bought the X900C there's been 1 problem or the other - starting from the get go. The touchpad has never worked. Works for 2 days and remains non functional the remaining time!
