my 60" tv screen 1080 120HZ DLP is going dark, what needs to be replaced in it?

Something is going out in my 60" tv and I want to know what it is so I can replace it. I ve had the unit almost 3yrs.

if it is RP LCD set (some people call them dlp) and it is just going dark youmight just need a new bulb... you might try giving us the model number for a little more help.

What is the model # of the TV?

Locate the model # here.

 

What are the source devices, like cable box or DVD Player, connected to the TV?

Does the picture appear dark while viewing picture from different connected source devices?
