Hi davoodzadeh!

Thanks for the message. Follow the steps below to perform power reset on your TV.

1. Turn off the TV.
2. Unplug the power cord of the TV from the electrical outlet.
3. Let the TV remain without power for 60 seconds.
4. Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet.
5. Turn on the TV.

Does any graphics appear on the TV screen? If there are no graphics, that may be an indication that the TV needs service. You may refer to this link to locate the nearest Sony authorized service center in your area.

Hi Deepakkath,

Welcome to the Sony Community!

This is obviously not the experience that we want you to have with the TV, and we will make sure that the team is well informed about it.

We suggest that you contact the Sony offices/Sony representative offices nearest to your place of residence in Asia Pacific region http://www.sony-asia.com/countryselector.html?hpid=countryselector:AsiaPacific for assistance. Due to proximity, they are in a better position to respond to your questions or concerns.

Best regards,
-Mark
