My Vaio is only 2 weeks old and internet connection is half the speed of two older laptops sitting on the same table. Why is it so slow? I get between 17mbps and 33 mbps on older units and this one is always about half of that.
If the computer is installed with the wireless standard of 802.11b/g/n, it supports the maximum speed of 2.5 GHz. If the computer is installed with the wireless standard of 802.11a/b/g/n, then it supports the maximum speed of 5GHz. Please check the wireless standard of both the computers.
