Touchpad tapping and scrolling features don't work. No tabs in device manager except for Logitech wireless mouse. Using wireless mouse often impractical and still need touchpad to work. Downloading and reinstalling software didn't work.
Hello, It sounds like the touch pad utility has been overwritten by a random windows update and the default USB mouse utility has taken its place in the control panel. Reinstall the "Notebook Control andUtilities" as well as the Shared library from http://esupport.sony.com This should restore the original touchpad features.
