Accepted Solution

Vaio Duo 13 tochpad

Pressing Fn + F1 doesn't turn off the touchpad. All other F keys (F2 to F6) seems to work fine.

The VAIO control center doesn't show any options for the touchpad.

Is there another way to turn off or adjust sensitivity setting of the touchpad?

Re: Vaio Duo 13 tochpad

What exact model do you have (I ask so i can help link you to the drivers page).

I would recommend trying to reinstall the touchpad driver.  Since the function keys work, it could be caused by a generic windows touchpad driver that may be installed instead.

Here is a Touchpad Driver update.

Try those in order and let me know how it goes.

Hi mirakoussa,

Do you have the same model name/number of Vaio laptop? If yes have you tried the solution mentioned above?

Re: Vaio Duo 13 tochpad

Mira,

You can try to reinstall the touchpad's driver and see if it can resolve the issue you can find it here. If that doesn't work, please visit the Sony Global Web site http://www.sony.net/SonyInfo/Support/?&XID=M:sony_community for info regarding support in other countries/regions.Thanks!
