Hello,

 

Thanks for the post. You can enable/disable the Touch portal on All-In-One computer. Tap the VAIO Touch Portal button in the lower right corner of the screen. The VAIO Touch Portal will start.

 

If touchscreen is not working, reinstall the driver from the support page. Enter the specific model # to locate the driver.

You can also reinstall driver using VAIO Care software if the shipped operating system is used. Click on the start menu, type: VAIO Care in the search box and press enter key.

 

In VAIO Care window, click Recovery & Restore. Click Install Applications and Drivers. Select Programs or Drivers to reinstall and click next. Follow on-screen instructions to complete the installation process for each application and driver selected.
