Rescue Disks for Vaio L Series All in One, are they free if under Extended Warranty ?

Cheers.

What is the easiest way to ge the Sony Rescue disk for VPCL2290X Win 7 64 bit.

It is under Soney Extended Warranty for 2 more weeks.

Crashing all the time now, Blue Screen IRQ not less than (among 000x000aa etx)

 does not sratch in safe mode.

 

Can rescue disk be run without reloading Apps,

or will apps be lost  ?

Hi robertmaiker,

 

If you’re using factory installed operating system, you can create recovery disc using VAIO Care.

Before that, check if the Healthy Recovery Partition is available.

Click on the start menu, and type: Disk Management in the search box and press the enter key.

Next, check if the ‘Healthy Recovery’ partition is listed.

Follow below steps to create recovery media.
