[URGENT] Sony Vaio VPCEA23EN Restarting problem

Hello,

I have got a problem with my laptop VPCEA23EN, I really need help.

My computer keeps restarting whenever I start it. It just goes till the vaio symbol and restarts again and again, it wont stop.. it will just restart for hours.. maybe.. I can't go to the menu using F8, I keep trying but it won't go to the F8 (Advanced setting etc) menu.. (Tried to  get to the F8 Menu multiple times, please don't tell me to try it again.)

I can go to the other BIOS menu from pressing F2, but it won't help me in any way..

I am telling again, I can't get to windows to edit any properties or system restore etc.. Before going to the service centre, please help me, Maybe I could solve the problem without going there..

I really need help urgently!

I'm sorry to read that your computer cannot boot into Windows. Please try the following steps when your first turning on your computer.
1. Press the Assist button to reach the VAIO Recovery options.
NOTE: If the system does not have an Assist button, or if the Assist button does not boot the PC , power it on with the Power button, while simultaneously tapping the F10 key on the keyboard.

2. Follow the Vaio Recovery wizard and restore your computer back to original factory settings.
NOTE: If the VAIO REcovery doesn't appear then you are likely have to get your computer to the service center.

Regards,

Charlie
