After upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7, my DVD drive is no longer working.
The model of my Sony Vaio laptop is E Series - VPCEH15EG. I bought this laptop from Vietnam about 5 years ago.
I have tried some of the instructions available in the net link updating the registry entry etc. but none of them seem to work.
The device is OPTIARC DVD/RW AD-7710H
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

VPC units came with either Windows Vista or Windows 7 and we do not recommend upgrading these to Windows 10. There are limited or totally no Windows 10 drivers for these computers.
