I cannot find any option in settings to switch it on or off. on top of it i have some "unknown deice" shown up in Device manager .

Location - on Intel(R) HM76 Express Chipset LPC Controller - 1E59.

Hardware ID - ACPI\VEN_SNY&DEV_5001 ,ACPI\SNY5001,*SNY5001

Msg in device status -

"

Re: Unknown Device on Intel(R) HM76 Express Chipset LPC Controller - 1E59

Hi, Satyndr

Thank you for visiting Sony Community!

It is possible that the driver is just not properly instead. While in the Device Manager, try to reinstall it by following the steps here:

  1. Right-click the "Unknown device".
  2. Select Uninstall (DO NOT DELETE).
  3. Restart the computer.

For further assistance regarding your concern, please contact the Sony offices/Sony representative offices nearest to your place of residence in Asia Pacific region http://www.sony-asia.com/countryselector.html?hpid=countryselector:AsiaPacific. Due to proximity, they are in a better position to respond to your questions or concerns.

Regards,

Vincent
