Volume/Sound on Sony Vaio Fit 15E has changed from when I first purchased it - PLEASE HELP!!

This is an issue I've been dealing with on my laptop for far too long, it's really bugging me. Let me explain as clear as possible, I really want this resolved.

 

When i first purchased my Sony Vaio Fit 15E the sound was extremely impressive, loud, crisp, clear, surround sound. Now it is low at 50%, and needs to be at least at 100% to have any kind of loudness. The sound before (when i first got it) was loud even at 20%. 

 

I have tried uninstalling the sound driver, which is Realtek by default, and then I restart my computer. After the computer restarts and I've opened it up, the sound is back to NORMAL, default sound, but then after shutting down the computer a few times after using it, it goes back to that low sound ******. 

 

I do NOT want to have to keep uninstalling the sound driver and restarting my computer every time I use it. 

 

Please help me.

We apologize for he inconvenience. Uninstallling and reinstalling the sound driver should fix the issue and shouldn't come back with just restarting the computer. You may check if there is any software updates on Sony website that needs to be downloaded.

Which OS are u using? Are using win 10's upgraded version or clean image.. ?
This issue lies with Windows 10 when there is clean installation of windows 10..Because Sony XLoud and clear phase are not supported by windows 10 as sony has left its users in midway by stopping the driver upgrades. You Can go back to windows 8 using ur recovery partition and then upgrade to 8.1 and 10 accordingly. Kindly maintain the backup of ur hard drive..
