NW-A1000

Hi,

I have one of these and not used it in a while. I tried installing connect player on my laptop using the software disc that came with the player and it seemed to install ok. I am running windows 10 creators update and when I try to open Connect player I get "Limited user acconts are not supported".

If I connect the MP player to my laptop I can see OMGAUDIO folder and it's contents. I can drag and drop an MP3 file from my laptop into that folder but when I disconnect the player from my laptop I can't find the MP3 file on the player itself.

Has Sony removed it's support for this product or is new software /drivers available?

Is there any other way I can use this product as a standard MP3 player?

I don't have access to a pc running on anything less than Windows 10.

Thanks
