The Model # is NWZW273BLK.

 

My wife and I bought this player for our disabled son last year (March 13, 2016).

 

He began having battery charging issues a couple of months ago.

 

We have had difficulties over the last few weeks trying to find someone to help us (via the various customer service web sites and chat rooms).

 

Our son loves this device but does not have much money and would, therefore, have difficulty in purchasing another one.

 

Sam (C9EQ) - 2*9-7*8-7*02 recommended that we use this method of communication and felt confident that you could help us.

 

I can be reached in person at 9*0-9*8-0*37.

I have already tried this multiple times without any success and wish someone could help me get this fixed for my son who really misses it.
