frustrated.. with support and play memories


1. i think the overall support pages are terrible and the inability to contact someone directly and efficiently like with Microsoft speaks volume about SONY! 


2. MY question is, I use Play Memories app and Play Memories Online. I have loaded up a lot of pics and vids to the online/cloud - and I have enabled the new Sony Moview Creator - but NOTHING happens

Could someone please let me know what else I need to do, or am not doing

Hi San,   For further assistance regarding your concern, please contact the Sony offices/Sony representative offices nearest to your place of residence in Asia Pacific region . Due to proximity, they are in a better position to respond to your questions or concerns. I have already sent email referral for you.
