I have gone through the Diagnostics and the troubleshooting my television is connected to the internet it says the connection is fine but when I try to use YouTube or Amazon video any of the apps on the television it says no connection even though it displays that the internet is fine
I have the same problem as well. The work around is either to restart the tv or turn off and on wireless. Sony said to change the SSID of wifi router - I said it would not work but still tried it and confirmed that the problem was still there. They came to replace wifi card but the problem is still there. The tv is the only device with this wifi problem.
