My laptop came with a 120GB SSD drive, but the C partition only had 100GB available as Sony had created 7 other partitions for its own use. The drive is now so full Windows complains that it hasn't space to install upgrades. I've used CCleaner to free up space and shrunk the page file, but still it complains.
Opening Computer Management -> Storage -> Disk Management I see 8 partitions, all the Sony partitions are shown as 100% free. I guess this isn't actually the case? Ideally I'd like to shrink a the 14.6GB Recovery Partition and then expand the C partition, but as I don't believe the partition is really empty I'm worried that I'll break something.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? What's the best solution?
